Privacy notice

Short and honest, because that’s the only kind of privacy notice worth reading. Here’s exactly what we collect and what happens to it.

What we collect

When you fill in the enquiry form on this site, we collect whatever you put in it: your name, your email, and, if you give it, your business name, your town, and any message you add.

Why we collect it

Purely to reply to you and, where relevant, to prepare a preview of your website. That’s the whole reason the form exists. We don’t use it for anything else.

Who sees it

Your enquiry goes straight to the Redfern studio inbox. We don’t sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising. We share only what a small number of trusted providers need to run the service: Resend sends and receives our email, Vercel hosts the website, Neon stores your enquiry and project records, Cloudflare serves the site, and, if you go on to pay, Dodo Payments handles the payment (they process the card details, we never store them).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as it’s useful for the conversation we’re having with you. If you’d like us to delete what we hold, just ask, see below.

Removing your details

Email hello@redfern.pro and ask us to remove your enquiry. We’ll confirm once it’s done.

Cookies

This site uses only essential, functional behaviour needed to run the page, no tracking or advertising cookies, and no third-party analytics scripts.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to object to or restrict how we use it. Emailhello@redfern.proand we will sort it. If you are ever unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Data controller
